Take Valley Rd to Alder Ridge Rd and drive to the end. Park in the carport; the front door is on the left, under the cedar overhang.

How do offers work?
Offers are reviewed as they come in. Your agent can request the disclosure package before you write; if you don’t have an agent, Maren can recommend a few.
Can I bring my own inspector?
Yes. Pre-offer inspections are welcome with 24 hours’ notice. The sellers’ 2026 inspection report is in the brochure.
Is there an HOA?
No HOA. There’s a shared road agreement with the six other houses on Alder Ridge Rd, about $45 a month for upkeep and snow clearing.
What about pets and kids?
The garden is fenced on three sides, the street is a dead end, and the elementary school is a 14-minute walk.
